This is a popular place especially during summer when everyone is in Brighton and needs a quick fix whether it is coffee or lunch. A very convenient location, and take-away is available, although it is not so convenient when it comes to the cash only policy (personally find that annoying!). The food and drinks are fairly average but the view from the seating area couldn't get any better.
