Brighton Le Sands Licensed Post Office

I've had the displeasure of using this post office for a number of years. It seems to be run by a man and woman couple who are without a doubt two of the rudest and most unpleasant people I've ever met. They are openly hostile on a daily basis and as soon as you walk in you can just see how miserable and depressed they are. Why have this job if you hate it so much! Everything they do gets stuffed up, they're rude about it and have no desire whatsoever to help you. I have complained to Australia Post... but what a waste of time that was.

Terrible service and incredibly rude. Booked an appointment in the morning only to be told when I arrived in the afternoon that they couldn't do it there. Go to another Post Office and save yourself the effort

They are not very nice, don't speak to you nicely- AT ALL and just give poor service, not a friendly environment at all. NEVER want to go there again.
