I picked up my new car this morning! David Bremner was the man I dealt with! He was professional, courteous and new exactly what I needed!
David assisted me throughout the entire process, from walking in the door, to assisting me with paperwork, maintaining contact throughout the process until I picked up my car.

my sister went to enquire the best price brighton mazda could offer for 2x mazda 3 and she was offered a really good price. less than an hour my husband contacted them because we were wanting to get both the cars and he was told they did not offer her that price! got my sister to call them and confirm as well and she was also being told they did not offer her that price! DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS FROM BRIGHTON MAZDA. if they cant keep their words, moving forward from sales to services would probably be difficult and full of drama! they were rude to my husband and sister on the phone!! with so many negative feedback, they are still the same. their manager probably is supporting their behaviour! I ended up buying mine at MAZDA MULGRAVE!! they are much nicer, friendly! paying a lil extra is much more worth it!

Worst customer service. I would never buy another Mazda as a result of it. From the Initial contact right through the end. Esp the finance department. Watch out they rip you off with dodgy finance deals, it's pushed by every salesperson as apparently they also get a big insentive. 15.95% is common practice. TIP: If you pay off the finance or refinance before 6 months the dealership don't get their commission. So if you do get ripped off then make sure you close the account before the 6 months. Watch out also for other insurance policies too.

Brighton Mazda are definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to car dealers. After purchasing multitudes of all types of cars over the last 35 years, the experience with Brighton Mazda is a defining moment in how to not treat a customer. Beware Dealing with Brighton Mazda, especially from the service department. the second they have your commitment, they lose all interest in knowing or helping you. Bought 2 brand new cars from them, outright 4 years ago. Certain things, such as sensors did not work from the outset, but was told there was nothing wrong every service, despite repeated and loyal custom and complaint.

Bought a second hand $70k car from them recently, (after researching the particular vehicle thoroughly), but was devastated when within under 4 weeks we had 3 occasions that things went wrong and the car either wouldn't start or had an electrical failing.
