Brighton Medical Centre

Our whole family has gone to this surgery for years. There has recently been a change in ownership but some of the original doctors remain. They also now bulk bill and can usually fit you in for an appointment.
The little shopping centre they are located with also has supermarket, post office, pharmacy butcher, baker, cafe and other shops as well so quite convenient.

Very poor service. Dr MCGrath is good however the others are rude and disinterested. They don't even bother taking your blood pressure. My mother ( in her sixties) will never be going back.

If you can get an appointment It's well worth it, lovely friendly doctors and nurses who take great care of you. Not the best of you need to see someone the Sam rday through...

Reception staff are the face of any business, a doctor surgery should have staff that have empathy and compassion with a professional friendly manner. This includes face to face and Multimedia contact. Unfortunately I find not one of these qualities in this practice.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new GP, when I called the staff on the phone were very patient and then were friendly and informative when I arrived. They gave my daughter a goody bag to keep her occupied while we waited for the doctor. The doctor was great, and obviously loves working there.
