Brightwater Oats Street is a residential rehabilitation centre in East Victoria Park for people living with an acquired brain injury. As a not-for-profit company, we support West Australians from all walks of life, particularly young people with complex disabilities and seniors living in the community. Brightwater provides NDIS and disability support services, at home and residential aged care, and retirement villages.
