Brimbank Central Post Office

The staff at this post office are all pleasant & friendly & help to the point of going out of their way. The post office itself is full of useful gifts & information & even the posties are friendly & helpful. A+

I've tried several approaches to create a pleasant experience for myself at this post office.



I've never felt so unwelcome at a place of business in all my life. Everyone who works here is rude as if they think they know more about the postal system than you.



Recently prompted to write this review when annoyed by a staff member who took my license & despite my request to supply but retain my personal ID, insisted they needed to take it off me & proceeded to walk off with it to the back room along with my parcel notice. Very disrespectful behavior for a simple mandatory process.
