Brimbank Central Shopping Centre

This is my local shopping centre. For all your basic needs, it ticks the boxes as it has supermarkets, banking and some retail stores. if you are looking for designer brand clothing or items, then Brimbank Gardens Shopping Centre is not the place to be. Its small and im usually in there for no more than 1 hour as i know what i need so its pretty much in and out. You wouldnt be spending time in here for hours like you would at the major shopping centres like Highpoint or Chadstone. It does look very old and run down. Food court selection i beleive needs improvement, not a great selection. Some areas need renovation. The second sets of toilets that is smaller really need cleaning and more attention as it is really dirty. During thr weekdays there are a lot of retirees spending time in here, and on weekends you see a lot more families doing their grocery shopping. Overall im glad i have a small shopping centre near by for all my basic needs.

I was at the centre today given it was boxing day and wanted to avoid a major shopping like Highpoint. The centre wasnt as busy which was a little surprising as I had thought there would be much more people trying salvage through all the major shops digging for discounts. Parking was easily accessible which was a bonus. Some shops that were visit were Target, Toyworld, Big Fields, Aldi in just naming a few. Overall, the discount wasnt impressive, again I had anticipated on larger savings, or discounts given the Boxing Day sale expectation. Major discounts were the obvious with the Christmas wrappings, chocolates, ornaments etc. Overall still glad I didnt visit a major shopping centre as I was told parking took over an hour to find, people were just everywhere making it difficult to shop, the more extreme experience from this centre.

I went there once before and it is huge so I got lost here and I couldn't find my way back to the buses.

This shopping centre is alright, it has a welcoming atmosphere. you are greeted with nandos and subway at the front and you will fine some nice shops near coles and Aldi's.
