Picked my car up from there yesterday having prepaid 2 months ago. Was told to use the same careidt card that i had used to make the booking, to then enter and exti the car park. When i exited the car park my credtt card was charged an additonal $175!! I called them and they couldnt care less, have to complete calim forms to get my money back. They also had a fun time in my car, changing the radio station and altering my seat. Never again they are terrible
Staff are lovely and friendly and they have some great deals if you book in advance on line but they really need to have better signage. Found it difficult to figure out where the valet parking was and finally realised it's in with the regular parking, an easy fix would just be to paint the sign on the road instead of giving directions online via a bad map and a poor video.
DO NOT USE BAP if you care about your car. 'Under cover' means flimsy plastic mesh which allows cars to get really dirty& they charge extra for this. They take forever to pick up & drop off. When i complained they told me i should have read the terms & conditions!! Once they have your money they couldn't care less. There are several other similar businesses that are much better than this for virtually the same money!! Never Again
I would not use BAP to park your car if you are travelling I parked my car there when Brisbane was hit with the storm on 27th November believing it to be safe with the undercover parking that I paid for only to return and discover hail damage to my roof and bonnet upon approaching BAP I was given the spiel on their policy etc.... but clearly my vehicle due to the damage was not parked either in a shed or under their so called 80% Shade & Hail Proof netting funnily enough my parents car suffered the same damage and a work colleagues vehicle also suffered the same damage. Do they overbook and take your money for a service they cant provide possibly! Clearly they need to review their booking schedules to ensure their customers are receiving the service they are paying for.
I strongly advise not to park your car with Budget Airport Parking.My partner and I parked our car here and had our car damaged seriously. The management and the staff do not take any responsibility and were not interested in listening to our complaints. We strongly advise not to have your car parked here. It is not secure parking. We saw a lot of reviews online that have the same complaints with their car being damaged!!!
