I hired this team to do a complete guaranteed bond clean of my rental property, they charged extra time to clean the oven and walls. I paid them the extra time (out of pocked close to $500). When they finished, I inspected the property and they hadn't cleaned the walls at all. There were still cobwebs in the corners, marks behind doors, even the Real Estate said it wasn't good enough and told me I wasn't getting my bond back. I spoke with the cleaners and they went back for free and cleaned the house again. The real estate was still unhappy and then went to the RTA to claim all of my bond.

Absolutely worst service ever. Had a booking. They sent email canceling first appointment. It went to spam so I didn’t see it till the day it was supposed to be done. Never called just emailed. So I took day off which was wasted. They rescheduled and the day of service when I took another day off they sending another email saying they not coming. So another day wasted. And no service. Don’t fall for cheap quote like me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
The single worst Bond Clean I have ever had. Dnt not pay this company any money they will give oyu the run aorund and there 'Bond Clean' is just a vaccum. Cleaners arent even employed by him they are contracted through someone else. Impossible to contact James and ignores all my calls after presenting all the issues to him, rental management were appalled that we even paid someone as the job was to horendous!
This company does not provide good service. They "Quote" a price then arrive on site and try to gouge you for more time.
Left the premises unsecured / doors wide open. When you try to raise concerns they do not listen.
Try to get them to come back - yes, just pay for a few extra hours.
Do not use this company. I purchased a pest spray service off Groupon for this company. On the day the service was due to take place no one showed up and I had to contact the company to find out why. I then locked in another date and received a phone call from the technician saying he wasn't able to attend that day as he had a university assignment due and could he come the following day. I agreed to him coming the next day but again no one showed up. When I phoned to company I was given a lame excuse. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact Groupon myself. No apology given.
Pathetic excuse for a company.
Thankfully Groupon issued a refund straight away.
