The library is great as it gives you access to the internet for an hour a day - which can be a live saver if you are killing time. Obviously it has a great range of books and graphic novels too.

for a council on such a large scale does seem to be that the staff are good at responding to calls and letters, on the down side it does seem that if there is an issue that is unpopular it is more difficult to get something other than a standard reply, have to say that the job done on River Festival each year is just fantastic except for the procedures for those boaties wanting to get a permit

The library is a fantastic place to get books to read, magazines, and even DVDs and CDs. Of course, they tend to be scratched quite badly at times but when it's free... you can't complain too much. They let you hold items for a month and you can even extend them if nobody has holds on them. Fantastic.

why would you ever buy a book again when you can get just about any book you want from the library...for free! The library at Mt Gravatt is a favourite of my kids who love the Thomas book case and comfortable sorroundings to sit and read
