Any advice appreciated!!! This clown is STILL doing shonky deals even after being fined over $100K for failing to provide products through the Courts in QLD. paid $13K in early Sep, for a recon motor - money advised as received and still NOTHING!! we're in Canberra and all we've got from Jason at BMI is excuse after excuse, no refund and no motor. We have now done legal paperwork and will be pursuing through QFT, ACCC & our own lawyer. He told us yesterday refund would be sent today but not holding our breath. Courier Mail is interested in this, as he's still doing the same shady deals as he was years ago. Does anyone in QLD or anyone in the know have any suggestions?? We don't have $13K to kiss goodbye or any surplus funds to purchase another motor - HELP!! lol
