For all you BMW owners.. if you love your car, stay away from these business, they will project that they know and are capable of doing everything but they are clearly not. They charge BMW dealer prices and give you service of a third world country. Sent my e46 m3 2002 there there to fix transmission problems and get a check over and it was the most expensive mistake of my life. They persuaded me to do a manual conversion which i did and charged in excess of $16000 dollars. I drove the car back and 5-6 gear had no spring tension back, there was a crunch in 2nd gear which was not there during time of drop off. Upon reaching home 450kms away, there was a leak from the gear box and was told that this is a normal BMW problem and just sikaflex it. Went to have a talk about my car (a MINI) before getting any work done. Found them to be knowledgeable and quite helpful. I ended up getting them to replace my clutch and flywheel. They gave me a price and stuck to it and it has worked well. Quite happy with them.

Don't trust them. You have to pay a lot and you have to go the mechanic many times because they don't fix properly.

These guys are friendly, courteous, and have an immaculate workshop. It's immaculate because they don't actually do any work in it - I paid $800 for an Inspection II on a used BMW I'd just bought, and they missed: a power steering leak, worn brake pads and rotors on all four wheels, and worn fan belts. They didn't miss the opportunity to replace half my steering, though - which DID need to be done, but they charged an arm and a leg and missed stuff that was ON the checklist. Never going back here.
