If you have gutter guards, DO NOT let B R&P do ANY WORK ON YOUR ROOF!
B R&P, or their subcontractor, removed our gutter guards and they were sitting on our front porch for around 6 weeks while they sorted out who would return them to the roof. Eventually, the same guy who had done the roof restoration work came and did a quick job of putting the gutter guards back. Very quick... and very unprofessional.
I had a roof person here today to clean the gutters and... oh...the gutter guards were a mess! Improperly installed, many were broken, and "gaps" had been left. I paid twice as much to have them re-installed properly as it would have cost to do the annual cleaning. But at least the guards were re-installed professionally.
