These are the people that give real estate agents the bad name. They had my house on the market for over 3 months, didn't get me any offers, they sat around and did nothing while I was exclusively signed up to them. I changed to a different agency and they had it sold within a month after bringing me 2 offers. If you are looking to sell, don't use these guys, there's much better agents out there.

Very disappointed, lack of communication, told me a different thing from the outset by saying my home is worth way more then it ended up selling for. My mistake, I should have done more research first but I would not recommend this company and I will not use them to sell my house ever again.
