Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute communication fail, customer service is sadly lacking in all experiences with this organisation. Bought car 4 weeks ago spend over half of this time awaiting repairs to defective items or problems that were discovered after purchase. Save your time, money and stress by dealing with a reputable dealer with good customer charters and repair network via authorized/well known repairers rather than in house or dealer nominated mechanics.
I was the same bort my car from there when they were fixing it they got me a parking fine said they would pay it no they didnt neally had suspended license:/
The worst car dealer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They sold me a car which broke down 2 weeks later, they then had it for SIX MONTHS, excuses after excuses. After the office of fair trading got involved they then said it was fixed. I got the vehicle inspected and was informed it was not road worthy. I pain $10,000 for the car and was offered $7000 refund which I took just to end the nightmare. They had my wife on tears on more than one occasion. Never again.
