Having recently purchased a capsule for my little bub, it wasnt tight enough and required the additional belt buckle that was suggested in the instructions manual. I contacted Britax customer service and was immediately put onto someone who clearly understood what I was after. The person I spoke too was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This isnt the first time I had contacted Britax with an issue, each and every time they have been really helpful and have been able to address the issue at hand right away. He women I spoke too sent out 2 buckle piece within a few days of making the enquiry, service like this are the main reason why I would support Britax products and recommend anyone who is looking for a great product with excellent customer service!
I recently contacted Britax as I realised that one of the parts was missing from a baby car seat that Ive purchased some time ago. I was re-directed to the parts department right away and spoke to lovely women who knew exactly which part I was referring too. Explaining the situation, she was very understanding and did not question which retailed I purchased from, exactly how long ago and mentioned that she will check the warehouse and try to find the matching colour of the parts for me and have it mailed out. Its service like this that you never seem to question the premium you tend to pay for certain product, as when something goes wrong they seem to provide the most satisfactory level of customer service which is a huge factor in your future purchases and referrals to other family and friends who may be looking for a similar product or similar brand.
