Brite Dry Cleaners

Avoid at all costs. They do not follow customers request to dry clean. Upon complaint, they say they just follow the garment label instructions but still charge for dry clean without telling you. They were extremely rude and sarcastic. Go elsewhere !

The shop image looks fantastic!! They have free pick up and delivery service. I would like say this is best dry cleaners shop in my life !!

eally enjoy using Brite. The staff are lovely and my clothes have both been dry-cleaned and altered to perfection. A little on the pricer side, but definitely cheaper than the options on Glenferrie Rd and the service is 1000% better!

Brite dry cleaners are not only the worst dry cleaners I've ever used but their customer service is appalling. I put in a dress that had been worn once and cost over $600. They outsourced it to be cleaned elsewhere without my permission and it came back significantly shrunk and totally unwearable. The manager Greg had terrible customer service, was passive aggressive and took no responsibility and was down right rude. The way in which he dealt with this (could not provide a disclosure of terms and conditions) with an awful manner makes me question whether he's damaged things in the past and therefore makes no comment apart from being obnoxiously arrogant and rude. My dress is ruined but he believes that because he got the stain out in the process he undertook the service he needed to. How this organisation remains in business amazes me. I do not recommend this business at all.
