Great service. Brivis has fixed our broken down central heating unit. Other company simply gave up.

I have had a brivis MX21i with cooling installed in August,2013, costing over $14,000, since this time the system has broken down on 8 occassions where I needed it repaired on each occassion it cost me dearly. No manager of Brivis has been decent enough to call me even though I have requested to speak with a manager, I would not recommend any person purchase a Brivis it is obvious that they have no customer service at all. Avoid at all cost. I had previously had a valcun heater for 20 years and never had a problem.

They have no ethics or morals. I called them in the mistaken belief that the 'manufacturers of the product' will be more reliable and will not try to rip you off. Instead they charged me over $400 to change a control switch for the heater.
They charged me some over two hundred dollars for the control switch and another 200 for call out and half hour (min.) service fee.
I found the same switch being retailed for $60 in Mulgrave (i.e. locally) and the tradies normally charge a maximum of $150 for 15 mins service.
What's worse........ I found out all that was wrong with the switch was that it needed new battery. There was nothing wrong with the switch.
So much for trusting the manufacturers!!
