Horrible experience at this store. After i had explained what i needed, the staff gave attitude and went on about how she was too busy during the Christmas period for my "silly" request. She then quoted me a price which did not match the online quote i had recieved. All in all this just says to me that they don't want my business. Will definitely not be returning or recommending this place.
Very disappointed. The service was cold and uninviting which would have been excused if the quality of their work was superior. Unfortunately, it wasn't. To our surprise, when we picked up our items, we noticed a spelling mistake on a simple word - even after the staff took notes on what was supposed to be embroided. Naturally, we were livered as it was a gift for a friend. We barely received an apology, let alone a discount or a voucher for next time. They 're-stitched' the correction, but it is still visible. Also, we were told to pick them up on Thursday evening, after dropping them off 6 days earlier, and they weren't ready. Again, no apology. Very unhappy, and would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
Do not go here! The staff who I was served by was rude, looked annoyed when I asked simple questions which included font and size. I asked if the embroidery could be done today as I am not a local, staff assured me it would be possible before their closing time 7. No notification by 6:55 so I called the shop to be connected with an answering machine. Moral of the story- if you couldn't provide the service by the time a customer needed it by, don't accept. Now I have to waste my time to travel back there to collect my item.
Twice I have gone to this store and never again. The staff don't know what's going on, the prices quoted are always incorrect and the change their "final order amount" after it has been confirmed. The management of this business is rude and very unhelpful - does not understand the term "customer service".
