Bromley Computers

Took my comp there as it would not turn on properly. I was told that he would not be able to save anything and would have to wipe it clean! (thinking of it now, he told me this even before trying to turn it on or look at it) I was distraught, but believed him and let him do it, only to find out off a computer friend that he would have been able to save them, it just takes a lot of work and time. All those memories are permanently deleted now, I do not have copies. Most missing are pictures of a relative who passed away a few years ago, and I will never get them back now! Very angry at the company. Very very angry!

Have been dealing with Bromleys for over 14 years never had a reason to complain about prices and never ever about quality of repairs and advise.

Wow, has someone got their nickers in a knot. Great place to do business, always got the right stuff and it works for me.

Customer Service does not appear to be an important thing to this business, I found one of them to be rude and overbearing in their attitude. Not knowing a lot about computers I asked some questions and was spoken down to which I did not appreciate. I will not be going to this business again

Sadly lacking in the customer service area, prices are very high compared to the other local businesses
