Hello, I am Brooke Morrow an accredited Ishta Yoga & Meditation Teacher with 20 + years experience.
I have had the great privilege of teaching many people who have benefitted greatly from my committed guidance.
I am looking for students who want change, and who are willing to commit to get results - all you have to do is
show up and begin.
ISHTA means the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. ISHTA is also a Sanskrit word meaning
Individual therefore the practice is suited to your individual requirements. Ishta Yoga is especially suited for
teaching beginners and enables more advanced students to deepen their practice safely.
I offer private Yoga & Meditation Instruction at 6am- 8am weekdays at 1235 Pittwater Rd Narrabeen 2101 or In the privacey of your own home.
