Brookvale Bike Factory

I had a great experience. Helpful staff, good advice, great setup with multi-level shop. Yes the entrance is in the undercover car park but this is awesome if it is raining. It lets you test ride bikes and park without getting wet. They also had a good range of really decent hire/demo mountain and road bikes. Not sure what else you could want from a local bike shop?

First a few months ago ... service with condescension. Second time, service with a sneer. I asked for a product I just got tone and disinterest. Add to this that the main entry to their shop is in the basement and you have a bike shop that is an exercise in how not to do retail.
