I booked a service and rego for my car well in advance. I took the car for service on time and arranged a time for pick up. Nothing was wrong with the car so a simple service and rego. I returned at the allocated time to pick the car up (24 hours so lots of time) and quite simply the service and rego had not been done. It is especially good that I now have to find someone to complete my rego over the christmas period.
I guess I would only recommend them for:
- People who just fancy taking public transport for the day and not getting a service done
- People who need to park in Brookvale for a day and want free parking but no actual service done
- People who are bored and fancy dropping off a car and then picking it up again later with no actual purpose
Otherwise for people needing a service or rego it probably is not ideal.
I received no service from this dealer even though there were 5 consultants in the shop and no other customers. I walked around looking at vehicles for 10 mins and had no one come and ask if I wanted assistance. One salesman looked at me and watched me looking for assistance and then watched me walk out the door. I was deciding between a Honda or Mazda SUV. Well, I guess Brookvale Mazda wasn't interested in a sale and I took my business to Honda who were very attentive and helpful.
I recently test drove a Mazda3 from Brookvale Mazda. Such a zippy little car, and so different to the 20 something year old van which I am used to driving. Being a student it was great for with, with great fuel economy but still with room for surfboards and gear in the back. Definitely worth having a look at!
I am not sure if I got the best deal on our new Mazda 2 but the sales service was great. A follow up call to make sure everything was going smoothly once the car was bought. I hated my previous car purchase, tag team of selling stuff no one wants for hours after you think you have done. David Keys sold us the car, a very nice man and easy to deal with.
Sadly I listened to one of the used car sales staff from this dealership. I traveled a long distance at great expense to view a car that was not as advertised. Don't trust what they say or the photos that they present. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional.
