Always making my difficult eyebrows look like they belong to a movie star! Make your appointment a week in advance if you can, they are very popular and can be hard to get an appointment at short notice (but they do have a short notice list in case of cancellations). I'm sad I've moved away from Cairns now, it will be hard to find a place as good as this.
Very disappointing service. Made a booking, and turned up to appointment, only to be told (in quite a condescending manner) by the staff behind the counter that 'you have not made an appointment for today; you made one for next week'. Have to say that when I phoned to make booking, the staff on the phone kept asking 'when is your appointment for', not 'when would you like your appointment for', which is odd, and maybe should have alerted me to the chance of my booking not being made correctly. Very frustrating given the 'premium' type of service this place promotes. Service, both phone and in person, was definitely not 'premium'.
I am horrified that you experienced this attitude in my salon. There are no excuses for poor customer service and you can be assured that we are constantly striving to improve our phone, booking and client care procedures, sincerely Amanda Macor
