Was once great but Lauren and the girls at the front act very unprofessionally laughing and shouting, leaving you to answer the phone repeatedly and chat in the back. Kelly Anne is the best girl their and now only does lashes ??

Browzing is the ultimate in eyebrow care. Do not expect an express wax and pluck when going here ladies. Instead, you are treated to 45 mins of pure pampering & indulgence. The salon is beautiful and the ladies look after you from the moment you walk in . They take your needs very seriously and take their time making sure that your brows are perfect before you leave. I like mine full and often get nervous about losing half of my eybrow... but not here. You are even treated to a hand massage while your eyebrows are being tinted. I give Brow-zing 10/10 and will be seeing Helen there again in another 5 weeks time.

I highly recommend- best experience I've had with my brows. I have had bad experiences in the past with people waxing too much hair off and leaving my brows really thin so am always really cautious about who I see. They left my normally thin and scraggly brows looking perfectly shaped and full, with a perfect tint. I appreciated that they took their time (it is a 45 minute session) to perfect the brows which made a huge difference. Yes it is a bit more expensive ($65) but worth every penny as this includes the total re-shaping, tinting, as well as a hand massage, ring clean, and eyebrow massage. I am so glad that I treated myself and the paid the extra money, considering I have always paid $30 in the past at Salon's who never get it right! Best brows in Brisbane! I always look forward to my brow pampering appointment. I definitely love my brow specialist here, she always gives me perfect full brows. Jeanette does amazing work and all the other girls do too, you are always in safe hands.

I was super excited about getting my brows done & enjoyed the entire pampering experience right up until I saw my brows. I was informed on entry that their salon favoured "thicker" brows which I had no problem with but thought they'd still take my face shape & features into account. They didn't. Left looking like Frida Kahlo. Especially frustrating considering the $65 price.
