I had an appointment for yesterday at the Castle Hill store. It was booked 3 weeks ago. I recieved a confirmation phonecall the day before and also to see if I could come a bit earlier so they could complete eyelash extension on time. I rearranged my work to accommodate, then on the day of the appointment, about I recieved a phonecall to say that they couldnt do the appointment as they had their rosters wrong and there was no one able to do the service.
Really bad organisation.
The first time I used them at the Bondi Store they applied the wrong length lashes. I asked for 14 they applied 10/12.
Waste of money and time.
