Brought in my suit on October 26th to be told it'll be ready 5 days later. Sounded sweet. Give it a miss. Have taken stuff there twice, first time they left a random crease in new suit pants, kind of defeated the purpose. Unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt and second time a jacket came back with more marks than it had when I took it there. Don't know how that's even possible. Will be traveling out of my way to use someone else!

Refused to take a my coat with cat hair on it, demanded I clean the hair off before they would clean it and handed me a lint brush. I pointed out I was trying to pay them to clean it for me, still wouldn't take it. Took clothes elsewhere for cleaning.
