Brown Gouge Dry Cleaners

Service was unexpected good given the negative comments below. Needed something cleaned asap but the staff was very understanding. Heard that the owners have changed so maybe that's the reason.

We gave this place a second chance and they failed again. Appalling service, the items weren't ready when they said they would be, on either occasion, and I've had similar issues with damaged clothing per the other reviews. In both cases they refused to accept any responsibility.

My beautiful imaculate bright magenta high waisted skirt now has a great big ink mark on the backside and the colour has faded at least a whole shade on majority of the skirt, more in some areas.
This skirt has been taken care of since the day it was brought home. It lives in a dress bag when not being worn, so there is NO way any marks could be made.
After returning to the store I was told "there is nothing we can do, it was there when we started cleaning it". After years of owning this skirt and having taken such good care of it, I am appauled that it is now useless because of some 'professional' dry cleaners.
I am still waiting for the skirt to be repaired to it's original condition when I brought it in, or to be reimbursed for the money that was paid for the skirt in the first place.
Let's see how much they care about their customers and their reputation...

extremely dissapointed with the service. I had mint green silk and lace Anthea Crawford suite drycleaned. The mark on the jacket is now a white stain and the skirt has shrunk. No responsibility taken, they say the skirt couldnt have shrunk as they take special care but how can I fit into it before drycleaning and after no way?
