Mark Brown & Associates is a specialist litigation legal practice which has operated from the same premises in central Liverpool since 1988. The firm incorporated the practice of A. H. Kington & Co in 1997.

Our specialty is family law and the principal solicitor, Mark Brown, is accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a family law specialist. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Mark is supported by four litigation support staff who have combined experience in excess of 50 years and two of whom are Justices of the Peace. We act for clients throughout the Sydney basin, although the bulk of our work is in the Family Court and Federal Magistrate's Court in Parramatta and Sydney.

What you will receive in this practice is highly professional supportive service from the principal solicitor who has more than twenty years experience and was previously a deputy registrar in the Family Court. You will also receive personal friendly service from our experienced support staff.
