What a bunch of dishonest tradesmen here… Do you self a favor and stay away from this company. They flat out LIE and over charge where they can. I have recently reported Browns Plumbing to Consumers Affair.
On one job they charged us $76.57/m then on another job $184.61/m. They have invoiced us for a section of roof guttering that is 9m in length the, the roof length is only 5m how could they have changed 9m on a 5m roof? After a 2 month run around they offered to give a $200 refund.
They charged us $150 to quote the job then $1200 to replace 7 meters of guttering. We got the same job re-quoted when we found out that we had been ripped off and the quotes have come back at $325 and another $400. It is disgusting that these guys charge over 3 times what other companies do! If you are in a strata complex they will rip you off because they know not many people will actually check the invoices.
