My company recently hosted a cycling event at Marysville to raise money for children in Tanzania. Bruce's Meats generously donated a large box of sausage for of event barbeque. I have to say the sausages were fantastic and everyone commented that the barby was the best part of the event! Thanks Bruce for your generousity in helping us raise over $3,000 for this worthwhile charity.
Really not impressed with this butcher at all. While I'm sure the original quality of their meat was ok, when I purchased it, got it home and went to separate it all I found that every piece of meat was off! what kind of butcher sells expired meat! I could understand a few pieces but in $100+ worth of various meats there wasn't a single edible piece! In addition when i called to complain about this, I was told quite abruptly that it wasn't their problem.
I don't like to leave negative reviews but people should be aware.
What a load of rubbish! How is it possible to have every piece of meat off if you have spent that much money! What has made you think it was off? Smell? Colour?Bruce's meat and customer sevice is second to none!
Forget the supermarket because Bruce's Meats has better meat at better prices, but they also have people who can answer questions and give good advice. My wife and I have been regular customers for some years now, and good quality local businesses like this will look continue to serve us well if we support them.
