Bruel Strata Management

I don't recommend this strata at all. They are slow to respond, have trouble understanding what you ask them, so they always take forever to fix things. They do not do any of the things decided at the AGM. They are plain and simply unorganized.

Unfortunately I can't choose the strata for my unit, but these peope are VERY rude and they don't take care of our building (even though we pay ~500/quarter!!) we have complained about cochroaches, leaks, rubbish,and clean up of the property but they hardly do anything!! If you have a choice, DO NOT USE!!!
