Brunswick Betta Health

Brunswick beta health is an extremely poor service. They cancel appointments without notifying you, consistancy with one doctor is near impossible. There is a lack of general professionalism and the worth ethic of the staff questionable. I would not recommend Beta Health to anyone.

Never ever on time! And I'm not talking about your standard 10-15 minute lag, I'm talking waiting times of over 50 minutes the last 3 times I have gone !

... After going there for 15 years plus as a family GP, the past 5 years have been a constant let down. Starting with 45 min - 2hour plus waits just to see a doctor. Not only that they don't usually have enough doctors on to cover their capacity of patients and appointments on the day. Some of the staff are rude, just rang up to see if I can see someone today and the staff I spoke to said they were completely booked up, not taking walk ins and they close at 6 so no one can help me, said this completely cutting me off and out. I also remember one time I had to get a blood test and they lost my samples because they weren't labeled properly, so I had to do it again and I'm terrified of needles.



My overall advice don't go there unless it for a med cert for a day off, even then you'll still have to wait 45mins plus after the time of your actual appointment. There are better doctor surgeries out there.

I have been to Betta health a few times, but I am seriously annoyed by the attitudes of some of the receptionists.... They are just so rude.

One time, I had been told by one of the receptionists to wait for the doctor after coming back from xray, didn't tell me to grab the doctor myself to speak to him, so I ended up waiting to be called for over an hour with my 1yo son who was very tired and impatient. Seriously, I've had enough of their rudeness. Not going back there again.

Avoid, Doctors never check your blood pressure or do standard check ups. I went in with a sore throat and was given Antibiotics without even checking. Had Anxiety attacks and was told it was my asthma playing up. Go to the Centre down the road, the only good thing about this place is it's Bulk Billed.
