Brunswick Central Medical Centre

Absolutely shockingly rude reception staff. Do they think being rude, dismissive and snappy is what someone with health issues is able to process?

Finding another clinic. Disgusted with this one.

Do not visit this 'medical centre.'
The practice is not up to scratch with necessary equipment or hygiene practices. I was disturbed by what I saw, but won't mention it online. It would not pass practice accreditation! I waited 45 minutes for a double appointment I paid for prior to going into the consulting room, to be told by the Dr she didn't have time for a double appointment and to come back later.

pros: same group of doctors and staff for many years. Friendly & caring. Melbourne Pathology on site. decent allied health services.

cons: wait times can be lengthy with some doctors. front line nursing staff might come across as abrupt but this clinic gets very busy.

Good and caring doctors and personals. They never let me down. Children are bulked bill. I used to go to East Brunswick Medical Centre for my two children. The medical bills were too much especially when you just want to go for a quick check up. This clinic is great. I am glad we moved here.

Very good clinic, recommended Dr.Lee if he is ever available.
