Vets are good, customer service is poor. You get passed onto different reception people whilst on hold having to repeat yourself. Insurance claims forms are back logged taking over a week to get them back to you, and being told incorrect information in terms of delivery times from different reception people. Prices are high, take your dog to Lort Smith they're much better. Not taking my puppy here again, customer experience and chase up is extremely dissapointing.
I joined this thing primarily to leave this review. This vet clinic is extremely overpriced. I was just charged $120 for a "consultation" that involved the vet doing nothing. Absolutely nothing. I will never return. Try other vet clinic on Sydney Road for a third of the price and they actually know what they're talking about. Disgraceful.

I have been taking my cat to Brunswick Central Vet Clinic for about four years - she has had four annual check ups, and one teeth cleaning operation. The clinic staff have all been very friendly. We have seen two different vets in that time, and they were both excellent. All check ups and procedures have gone smoothly. Prices seem reasonable compared to other vets.
