Brunswick Diagnostic Imaging

Some of the staff are very unprofessional in conflict resolution and unmanageably aggresive. one of them banging on the desk with frustration and talking over me repeatedly. I just dont know how they survived in the employment with this kind of behaviour

Very disapoineted! First appoinment at Brunswick diagnostic imaging for a xray the receptionist completly ignored me I waited for about 4-5 mins before she looked up and asked if she can help me. I waited 45mins then asked how much longer ill wait for she looked at the clock on the wall and said I was 10 mins late (which I wasn't ) thats why its taking longer. All the staff seemed unprofessional and unhappy I will not retun to this radiology

Cancelled my appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Pregnant and in the middle of moving house losing another days pay is infuriating. No excuse or sincere apology offered. I should have probably gone elsewhere when the receptionist was incredibly rude whilst making the initial appointment.



Avoid like the plague to avoid stress and being treated poorly.
