I purchased over $6000 worth of bsafe solutions products and I have had one issue after another. Expensive repairs were a result. They would only suggest that they come back yet again and put a proper junction in which should of been done from day one. On inspection by an electrical specialist they were appauled by the standard of work done. Installation was delayed over and over again, they couldn't work out how to configure the system to my smart devices. Was never really happy from day one but they kept coming back and band aiding the issues. I have asked for the systems to be removed but they wont. I don't use any of the products any more because I don't trust them. They said they cant do anything I should speak to the electrician they hired to do the work. Which is from South Australia. Come on..
