Reception staff lie telling us certificates/permits were posted a week ago, then the next day different staff say the same documents are still sitting on a desk awaiting a signature (this is after weeks of being told it would be posted and emailed out that day). Multiple phone calls with changing stories every time. Emails not responded to, phone calls not returned. Exceptionally frustrating.

Extremely poor experience. Unresponsive and evasive on the phone, wasted time, produced sub-standard documentation riddled with errors and then charged like wounded bulls to compound the hurt. Promised the world and produced nothing.

The sooner these people are out of business the safer all consumers will be.

Avoid at all costs.

BSGM were recommended to us by our architect when we renovated our house a few years ago. We found both Peter and Martin to be responsive to our questions, courteous and efficient. We have since requested advice and Martin was very willing to assist, spending at least an hour giving advice and speaking to a third party for us. I would have happily paid for his assistance had he charged for his time.

They quoted the job, their fees then nearly doubled because of hidden extras they charged, so in effect their quote means nothing because of deceptive and misleading quotations that do not give the customet the real cost of their services, the final bill has no relationship with their quote. There is no point haviubg a quote from them therefore.

They take forever to get back to you so that the permit process take far too long. They look for any excuse to charge extras, unlike any other building surveying company we have dealt with previously.

We will never deal with this company again.
