No stars due to Bosch Australia ignoring me during warranty issues, taking months to respond and losing my files on more than one occasion.
I have 4 Bosch appliances in my kitchen. 3 of these have needed replacement of parts under warranty. I have been dealing with Bosch for approx 1.5 - 2 years in an attempt to finalise and I am still going. In recent months I finally got separate technicians out to replace parts (after a number of months waiting for parts to come in even though I was told 3 weeks max) certain parts were damaged during change over so I am back to where I started as I won't accept damaged parts.
I can't seem to get past a management staff to try and get my situation heard by some one in the company that can actually achieve something within a decent time frame. ...read more

purchased full home appliances from bosch: oven,dishwasher, microwave ,washng machine, condensor dryer, draw warmer , cappuccino machine, steam oven most products averaged or below washing machine numerous service calls: broken door seal, pump problem, drum had hole 2x services call for blockages - Never again to purchase from Bosch they are condescending rude and time both on hold and waiting for service is disappointing.
