This salon used to be amazing. I have been here 6-7 times in total, culminating in the final time when my pedicure lasted 15 minutes! In total! During an off-peak time and no other clients in the salon. They would rather have sat and had a conversation amongst themselves than take a client in. This it is by far the worst nail salon in the inner west. They do the manicure's and SNS the way THEY like with no consideration for what you asked for. Never ask for "Natural Nails". They look attrocious. Each time i had to paint over them, and after a week i took them off because they were lifting. They speak in their own language in front of you and show no care or consideration in their service. They have no concept of customer service, have little understanding about client satisfaction and show no regard for the final product. My mother and sisters all used to go here too, and we all gave them a few goes to "help support the little/local guy". I will NEVER go back to this nail salon!

My nail polish lasted for 3 weeks amazing no chipping!!still perfect

Despite a nail bar being on every corner of my area I travel out to see CINDY and her girls for my treatments. For example if I get a manicure and pedicure in the East I feel I have to redo it every 2 weeks. At Cindys my nails last ! CINDY cuts away the skin so well and all of it that my feet are silky smooth for a month. Worth the drive.

I always come here when It was named Emporio nails and Yesterday I have to check it out because it's all change ..Different people and it change into Summer Hill Nails and Beauty.They are all busy from mani-pedi,shellac,and SNS.The girls are amazing with multi tasking and manage to do my SNS quick.because I'm rushing for dinner.It was quick but it was a job well done and very neat.
