Terrible, terrible service. I parted with cold hard cash, no scoopon voucher like the other reviewers. I paid for a car-wash and received the worst job I've ever seen, by far. I am so disappointed with their lack of service and integrity. I'm a neighbour and they just lost my business for life.

Tried to use my scoopon here and was flatly refused with an excuse I missed my booking date even though scoopon hasn't expired yet. There's nothing that said scoopon will be voided if i dont book by Jan. There's no fine print in scoopon about this and they keep insisting it's not valid regardless expiry date.

Don't recommend this place. Unhelpful and rude staff, hard to book in for the same reasons said already in other reviews. The actual car wash was way below average. Don't bother with this place it's an absolute waste of time.

i rang them a week after the scoopon deal for two washes only to be told rudely scoopon made the mistake of overselling the vouchers and could not fit me in before the date the first wash needed to be used by which was about 1-2 months away. spoke rudely as if it was my fault. i asked for a refund and they said it was not their problem but scoopon's. after much argument, they fitted me in as the last customer for the day the following day. ordinary wash, there were streaks on the window. i just called to use my second wash and they happily told me my voucher had expired so i couldn't use it. quite annoyed. they have a staff member who answers the phone after many rings only to speak minimal english, needing to go back and forth to the person in charge to relay messages across (why even have her answering the phone then). however, the staff member was quite clear this time to say "voucher expired". not going back again.

I found the staff rude and difficult to deal with as i had a pre-paid scoopon voucher. The job they did on my car was very ordinary and I will never to back again and DO NOT recommend them.
