Bucket Panels

We had a car repaired with bucket panels. After having the car a few days the car stalled and stopped in a busy section and just would not start again. Extremely dangerous. we managed to get the car to the side of teh road and called bucket panels. they told us we needed to sort out atow with insurance company only and we pushed back and said clearly it is a repair issue. Throughout the conversation they became extramely rude actually hung up on us. While we stuck with a car on the side of the road. Very unprofessional and clearly dont care. I would not use this company. The rpair work is quesionable and dangerous and also they dont care for your safety or wellbeing!

I crashed my car and was devastated, I was not even sure about the process of how to get it all fixed. I called Bucket Panels and Victor was so awesome. He helped me to contact my insurance company and even organised for my car to get towed. The process was easy and I got my car back on the road. The car was repaired and the interior was cleaned. I am so happy to be mobile again. Thanks again Victor and Bucket Panels for so much support and for fixing my car.

My experience with Bucket Panels could not have been better. Victor and his crew were so professional, helpful and courteous I was actually taken by surprise, I have never seen a panel shop with such a focus on customer satisfaction. I have an old car that I love and look after, so I am a fussy FUSSY customer. Some parts took ages to come in (my car is 30 years old) but as I had a Bucket Panels loan vehicle this was no problem and I wasn't off the road as I would have been if I was relying on an insurance hire car. I really cannot find fault with any part of the process. Bucket Panels is a good sized, busy, professionally run shop, and very thorough, my car looks amazing after the work they did and I am truly thankful to all the staff there. Thanks Victor & staff!

I have recently collected my BMW from Bucket Panels after a large accident, which I might add was not my fault. The quality of the repair work is first class. At all stages, I was kept informed of the progress by their courteous staff, and I was also supplied with a brand new Peugeot loan car at no charge. I would highly recommend Bucket Panels to anyone unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, or anyone requiring service/mechanical work. Thank you to Victor and all the staff. I recently had my 1987 Toyota Corolla repaired by Bucket Panels due to a no-fault accident, with a door needing to be replaced. They efficiently sourced a second hand door, spray painted the door to the car's exact colour, and were extremely friendly and helpful, and updated me regularly on the progress. They even detailed my car and pumped up my son's football which was on the back seat! I would highly recommend this company. Thumbs up.
