I've been here on a number of occasions for a one hour massage, with different staff. Each time, they have listened to what I want. Sometimes I've wanted a relaxation massage and sometimes I've wanted a remedial massage to address specific aches and pains. I have found they are booked in advance on Saturdays so it's worth trying to make an appointment as far ahead as possible. I get a good rebate on my private health insurance and they have that automatic reimbursement machine (you just swipe your private health insurance card) which is convenient.
