Buda Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is dedicated to teaching the art of ground fighting to students in the Campbelltown/Macarthur areas. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu also known as (BJJ) is universally regarded as one of the most effective methods of self-defense, which can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It has the principle that a smaller, weaker person using proper technique like leverage, joint-locks and chokeholds can successfully defeat a bigger, stronger opponent. We are an affiliated school of the Gracie Sydney Academy. We have Adult and Kids classes and also hold self defence workshops designed for Law Enforcement and Security personnel.
