I was so happy with the service these guys provided. I purchased a groupon online for $99 for 5 rooms ( I called beforehand and checked about the room sizes and they were really upfront with addittional charges for larger rooms). Booking was really easy and on the day the guy (Steve) turned up right on time, was really friendly and honest about a few stains and explained why he didn't think he would be able to remove them completely (this was fine as these stains had been there a long time). He gave me an accurate completion time (about 90 mins). The carpets look and smell amazing, and even though he was unable to get 2 stains I know that this is because those stains are particularly difficult (wood varnish) and was 100% happy with the jobs done. overall it cost an extra $40 (due to some of the rooms being a bit larger then the groupon allowed) but at an overall cost of $140 im really impressed (other quotes were from about $200 upwards).
