Very disappointing company. Booked them for Saturday at 2pm the time was changed twice and then cancelled. Booked again for today (Thursday) the time was again changed and then cancelled.
Rang to ask for more details and was fobbed off by the person answering the phone.
I do realise that there is a lot of carpet damage from the recent flooding in the area but WHY TAKE A BOOKING when there is no possibility of doing the work.
ALSO THEY STATED UPON ASKING THAT THEY DID STEAM CLEANING BUT THEIR BUSINESS TITLE IS DRY CLEANING SO IT IS LIKELY THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO GET THE SERVICE I WANTED EITHER.
BE VERY AWARE OF THIS RUDE COMPANY!
