I have never come across a worse customer experience in my whole life! (and I worked in service and sales for over 7yrs). I am amazed BHS is still in business with how they are treating their customers. I originally contacted the business through a referral, and one of their employees, Ron came out to do up a quote for me for a lowset queenslander, which included factoring for casement windows (which I understand can be slightly tricky to fit security screens) but any regular business would have treated the challenge as a great opportunity to earn a little extra $$$ for the hard work. I was working to a strict 35 day timeline, so time was clearly of the essence. After getting all measurements Ron assured me I would have the quote within 24-48hrs before starting on the job.
