Bad and rude customer service.
This morning I bought $15 worth of petrol and got charged $17. When I asked about the overcharge, staff said there is $2 surcharge (>10% extra) using American Express. I told them that "A word of warning would be good, so I can use cash or other credit cards". They replied "The warning signs are everywhere".
They're right, they're everywhere but they're also so small (similar to a business card) and they could easily warn me when I gave him my credit card.
So I said too them... "Well I think this is the last time I come here". They then got very angry with me, sworn the four letter word, and tell me to take my business elsewhere. But I just walked out the door, saying nothing else, and drove off.
You bet I will take my business elsewhere and other people's businesses too!
