Avoid this company at all costs.
Firstly, it's interesting how if you call their reservations line you can get straight through to someone, BUT if you call their customer service help line you are on hold for an unbelievable amount of time. Essentially what they are saying is that they are happy to take your money, other than that they don't really want to know you.

Really disappointed at the extra charges budget applied. I paid by Qantas frequent flyer points (30,000 points for a four day hire) and was charged $330 extra on return of the car. I wasn't even told they just took it out of my account. I returned the car full of petrol. Very disappointed :((
