Had an orange stain from a gatorade spill on the carpet, which I couldn't remove myself. My property manager said i have to pay for the replacement of the carpet if the steam cleaners couldn't remove the stain. I called 5 different companies and no one assured me 100% for removing stain. I called this company and Michael from Budget Total Cleaning came in and used special chemicals, damp white cloth and the hot iron and after 15 mins the stain disappeared. Michael you're the best and a life saver got all my bond back.

Made an appointment with this company and the technician didn't arrive. When I called the customer service operator they were not helpful at all. The said they would call the technician and did not offer any apology or clarify why the technician did not arrive. I never received a phone call back from the technician. Lack of courtesy and a real inconvenience.

Very surprised to read a couple of bad reviews about this company. I have used them twice and both times have been very happy with the price, the service and the results. In my first place there were several nasty stains on the carpet that I was unsure they would be able to remove but it was no trouble to the operator who left the carpets looking like new. And whats more they turned up at the correct time on both occasions. Very friendly and efficient. I have just booked them for my third vacating premises clean in 3 years.

Charged $290.00 to clean three average sized bedrooms, one larger then average bedroom with walk in robe, lounge room and 1 rug. Does this sound like a good deal? The cleaner was there for two hours and the job was no better then if I did it myself hiring a carpet cleaner. I have complained to the company and haven't received a response. A bit late now as the keys have been handed back to the Real Estate Agent
